Shopping & staff on Saturday were extremely helpful and friendly.
Assisted me in getting the right battery for my truck & getting 20% off as well. 5 ⭐️ - Christine J Weldon Added August 16, 2023★ ★ ★ ★ ★I already was having a very difficult week, and my car battery died at the Taigum shops. Already stressed and frazzled I entered the Taigum SuperCheap store, I was greeted warmly by the staff at the counter, but I was too busy thinking about how to get a battery, pay for it and replace it myself. Jana, the lovely woman, walked past and offered to help me. I am sure I came across rude as I was so stressed. However, she quickly assisted me (more like rescued me) and reassured me. The girls even allowed me to borrow tools and advised me to fit my battery correctly. I was so overwhelmed by fabulous support, and it was a very smooth transition changing the battery. Interesting, no one at the very busy car park, once looked at me or ask if I needed help. I am very impressed and thank you to Jana and the staff at Taigum SuperCheap, because their kindness and warm approach restored my faith in people.
