  I give this post office a MINUS out of FIVE. EVERY single time my friends and I have been to this post office at the Taigum shopping centre, we have experienced utter rudeness from EVERY single one of the attendants. WHO do they think they are? A smile or nice attitude would go a long way. Previous owners were fine, but these ones are ludicrous! Customer service should be of highest importance but for these rude attendants, they have much to learn. A smile is free! Your role is to assist, not lecture, not ridicule, and certainly not to judge. I have seen elderly customers given the exact same treatment as me. Not one of these customers was rude..in fact, most of the time they are asking for help and get a lecture from the shop attendant. Also...this post office is the most expensive around. They must be profiting from us as I shipped the exact same thing from another post office and saved $4 elsewhere. Unfortunately, due to location and work, this post office is the closest for me on week days. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Dear Taigum Post OFFICE, go to neighbouring Post offices and learn how to treat people with respect!
